URBAN LIVING IN SOUGHT AFTER AREA

MIRAFLORES PARK

Miraflores Park is an exclusive development surrounded by nature, very close to Monsanto Natural Park and Miraflores Urban Park.

These modern apartments have generous size windows allowing lots of natural light in and to admire the good views. Some apartments have a view of the River Tagus.

Miraflores Park consists of 34 units spread over 10 floors with 2 lifts. There will be a mixture of 1 to 4 bedrooms with areas of between 50 and 456 square metres.

They are well designed, in a minimalist style with neutral tones and with high quality finishes. Their kitchens are fully equipped with top brand appliances. The bedrooms are mainly suites with built in wardrobes and great storage. They will each have air conditioning, high security doors, built in kitchen appliances, double glazing and alarm.

The building has a contemporary facade, with elegant lines and will have a rooftop lounge for residents use.

This apartment (Unit A) is on the 6th floor and will have 2 reserved parking spaces. Some apartments have a view over the River Tagus.

Under Construction.

The Miraflores location is a charming and sought after area. From here you can reach the centre of Lisbon and Cascais in a few minutes due to the excellent infrastructures that surround it, such as the A5, the CRIL and the CREL. Also noteworthy is the proximity to the beaches of the Cascais line, Passeio Marítimo de Algés and Belém. This is also a family-friendly neighbourhood, comfortable and safe, combining the best of a modern yet modest lifestyle, with a wide range of amenities and services, from shops, clinics and pharmacies, schools, gyms and restaurants.

Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. From imposing São Jorge Castle, the view encompasses the old city’s pastel-coloured buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative ceramic tiles. Just outside Lisbon is a string of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The city’s compact, cobblestoned heart is easily explored on foot or via its old-fashioned trams and funiculars. The Moorish Alfama district has narrow, winding streets and taverns with fado singers. Chiado and its cafes, shopping and seafood restaurants adjoin Bairro Alto, known for nightlife.

A historical city full of stories to tell, where the sun shines 290 days a year and the temperature rarely drops below 15oC. A city where you feel safe wandering around day or night, where the cuisine is dedicated to creating over a thousand ways to cook the beloved bacalhau (salted cod).

Lisbon

Portugal's capital city, Lisbon offers a blend of city living and traditional Portugal. Situated on the West coast of Portugal it is one of the best city/beach-combo destinations in Europe.

A historic vibrant city with plenty of stories to tell and things to discover, you will never be short of things to do or see in Lisbon.

The city is also famed for its seafood dishes such as Bacalhau (salted cod) and excellent local wines; visitors genuinely are spoilt for choice when it comes to places for eating and drinking in Lisbon.

How to Get There?

The flight time from London to Lisbon International Airport takes two and a half hours.

The airport is located just 7 Km from the very centre of the city and has excellent transport links, so getting from the airport to the inner city is no issue.

If you choose to drive to Portugal, the best ways to enter Lisbon are via the A1 and A2, which both have national and international connections along their course.

Climate

Rarely too hot or cold, Lisbon is a year-round destination.

The climate in Lisbon in the winter season is mild and sometimes rainy but warm and dry in the summer.

Whether you are a fan of sport, adventure or prefer to bask in the sun's warmth, Lisbon is perfect. If the sun ever gets too much, there are plenty of cafes, bars and other spots to cool off in the shade.
