The funding period is from February-July 2022 with an estimated date of Summer 2024 for the hotel to begin operating.

Investors must have a minimum investment period of 6 years. The hotel will be run by a management company and you will be able to stay at the hotel for free, 7 days of the year.

Fiscal (Tax) benefits include IMT (purchase tax) paid by developer and IMI (council tax) exemption during construction.
